After you pay this $35 instrument appraisal fee, please fill out this form. We will email you a PDF copy of your appraisal within 3 business days.

Note: This appraisal is for insurance purposes only - it is the replacement value of the instrument, NOT the resale value of the instrument. We strongly recommend customers add their instrument to their homeowner's or renter's insurance policy.
